I'm head of maintenance at a complex in the Cedars.  We had a drain that backed up from outside one of our units.  SERVPRO was there very quickly to take care of things.  We had another unit while they were there that wanted us to look at an issue.  SERVPRO came along to check it out and helped us identify where the leak was coming from and then get things dried out.  Couldn't be more thankful that we called these guys.

We bought a house but found out later that there was some major odor issues.  We tore out the carpet and repainted but it was still there.  This SERVPRO team worked a miracle.  They did several things like fogging and using a special cleaner.  They were fantastic, absolutely give them a call!

I work for a company that does mortgage refinancing.  One of our inspectors accidentally fell through the ceiling of a couple trying to refinance their home.  I am located in Houston and needed a company that could get there quickly to help us not only clean up and repair everything but also provide great customer service to our customer.  I called SERVPRO and they offered to come out immediately but we decided they could come the next day.  They have over-the-top with their communication and doing what is right for the customer.  I can't say enough about them, I called the right company.

My family moved into a place 5 months ago and there was mold growing.  We tried to fix it but did not have any luck.  We called SERVPRO to come help us.  They were here the same day which was much appreciated.  Though they could not yet do anything as they mentioned the source has to be determined and stopped, they educated us on the process and even scanned everywhere with their fancy camera to see if they could find the leak. We will use them once the issue is stopped.

The group at SERVPRO of Dallas Central has been very helpful and accommodative.  I had some issues with my sprinkler system outside that caused some leakage into my home.  I had to reschedule numerous times but they were more than happy to work around my ever changing schedule.  They are very customer service focused which is truly rare these days.  Thanks for your work!

My wife and I live in a retirement community. We recently asked our community manager to have our ducts cleaned.  They sent out SERVPRO to take care of things.  We wanted to send a note to make sure everyone knew that they did a wonderful job.  They were very nice and made sure to introduce their selves to us.  They had quite the machines to do the cleaning.  We don't see any dirt anymore, we are very appreciative.

These guys were great.  My neighbor accidently put screws into a wall that had a sewage pipe behind it which flowed into my condo and car port.  It was very gross but not a problem for the SERVPRO team.  They were very professional, got everything sanitized and dried.  There were some things that needed to be torn out, and they always made sure to keep the area clean.  I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Dallas Central.

My elderly mother had a soaking wet carpet in her guest bedroom but did not have an idea of where it was coming from.  The SERVPRO guys were out that night to not only start the drying process but to educate us based on their experience as to what might be causing the issue.  They surprised me with a thermal camera which I didn't think was the kind of technology that would be used in their work.  They came up with a game plan and followed through.  They explained things in a very simple and understandable manner to my mother.  I would definitely recommend this company.
